You can become a member!

Becoming a member gives you exclusive benefits and helps support our activities. By becoming a member you'll get access to exclusive sets of information, more direct access to the projects and developers and can even become a developer. However, beware that some of the benefits might not be available to you as some of them are limited on a location basis. That may include on-site support and discounts in some stores.
There are three types of memberships: individual memberships, institutional memberships and honorary memberships. Individual memberships are directed at isolated persons. Institutional memberships are directed at companies and legally established institutions. And honorary memberships are offered by the General Assembly to individuals that stand out by their contributions to this institute or to humanity.

Membership levels

Both the individual and institutional memberships have costs, but they also have benefits. And there are several levels of access.
Becoming a member is a process that requires evaluation and authorization from the General Assembly and the Executive Council. It is also not possible to just directly advance to higher membership levels just by paying the associated fee.
Each level of membership includes the rights as its respective lower levels.
